Position: District Credit Inspector

Job Description / Responsibility
- Plan, implement and monitor credit operations within the assigned territory
- Regular shop visit and evaluate shop’s credit performance
- Actions for development of credit and collection performance in the assigned territory and achieve monthly collection target
- Take short and long term measures to manage high level of receivables
- Should have understandings on credit business
- Analyze and solve credit operational issues in the field
- Develop branch managers on credit concepts and operational techniques
- To lead a group of credit inspectors in the territory
- The incumbent is reportable to Area Credit Incharge/ Credit Manager
Job Nature: FullTime
Educational Requirements:
- Masters/ MBA degree (Major in Accounting/ Finance) from a reputed Public or Private University
Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
- Age 26 to 32 years
- Good command in English is a must
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, MS Word
- Self motivated and able to work under stress
- Analytic approach to decision making
- Result oriented
- Winning with others
- Building and nurturing relationship
